The role of education today extends beyond academic achievement to holistic child development. At DPWS, the focus is on nurturing students’ mental, physical, social and technological capabilities, through scholastic and co-scholastic programmes held throughout the year to foster creativity and innovative thinking.
Inter-class, inter-house and inter-school competitions cultivate creative thinking, while regular sports activities and workshops support physical development. Character building is emphasised through special assemblies that promote positive values — and despite their busy co-curricular lives, our students maintain strong academic performance.
DPWS was the first school in the town to bring digital classroom technology to its students.
