- 1.1Registration forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of the registration period.
- 1.2Incomplete or illegible registration forms, or forms without photographs, will not be processed.
- 1.3The date for interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school reserves the right to change the date and time of the interaction / aptitude test.
- 1.4Issuing a form and registration do not guarantee admission, which is subject to the availability of seats and other procedures.
- 1.5A photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation or concerned civic authority must be attached for Nursery / Prep. For Class I and above, attach a photocopy of the report card of the last exam passed. If results are not yet declared, admission will be provisional until the document is submitted.
- 1.6Age for admission to Nursery is 4 years in the academic session in which admission is taken. Age should be properly specified on the forms.
- 2.1There will be an aptitude assessment for students seeking admission to Class I and upwards. Only candidates who clear it will be called for an interaction.
- 2.2Results will be displayed on the notice board on the dates specified at the time of interaction.
- 3.1Candidates whose names are on the list must pay the fee by the dates indicated, otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.
- 3.2Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission form.
- 3.3The date of birth must be supported by the original birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation / local body, with a certified photocopy. An affidavit is not accepted in its place. For Class I and above, the Transfer Certificate must also be attached. The Transportation and Medical forms are submitted at the time of fee payment.
- 3.4The student identity card is issued only after all forms are filled and admission formalities are complete.
- 3.5Parents are to report to the school reception on the date given in the joining instructions, with the student and parent I-cards.
- 3.6Students must report in school uniform, with the books and stationery prescribed by the school.
- 4.1Fee once paid is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason whatsoever.
- 4.2Withdrawal requests are made on a prescribed proforma available in the school office. One month’s notice, or one month’s fee in lieu of notice, is required.
- 4.3Clearance must be obtained from the laboratory, library and other departments before applying for withdrawal.
- 4.4The Transfer Certificate will be issued a fortnight after receipt of the application and clearance of all dues. See Transfer Certificate.
- 5.1Requests for school transport must be made at the beginning of the session.
- 5.2Parents are responsible for escorting the child to the designated bus stop. Transport is provided at the parents’ risk and responsibility.
- 5.3Suggestions or complaints go to the Transport In-charge. Parents may not give instructions to the driver or conductor.
- 5.4Vehicles stop only at pre-decided stops. Students who are late must reach school on their own.
- 5.5For security reasons, students who miss the bus at their stop will not be picked up from a later stop.
- 5.6If no parent/guardian is at the stop at drop-off, the child will be taken back to school and must be collected from there.
- 5.7Students must behave courteously, avoid littering, stay seated while the bus is moving, never stand on the footboard, and follow the teacher in charge.
- 6.1The Management reserves the right to modify, alter and/or include any terms and conditions in the interest of the institution, without notice.
- 7.1The school has a well-equipped medical room to deal with emergencies.
- 7.2The school provides first-aid facilities only.
- 7.3The school cannot be held responsible for injury suffered by a child, and no medical expenses will be reimbursed.

- 8.1Fee is charged quarterly. Monthly payment can be made with written permission.
- 8.2Fee at the time of admission is paid by demand draft / cheque in favour of DPS WORLD SCHOOL, SUBHANPUR, payable at Mandola.
- 8.3Write the student’s name, class, admission number and the parent’s phone number on the back of the demand draft / cheque.
- 8.4Fee is payable at the school office between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., or in the school’s Canara Bank account, Mandola.
- 8.5Fees can also be paid online through the school ERP — the MCB (MyClassBoard) app or portal: corp52.myclassboard.com
- 8.6Those using school transport must ensure the correct amount is paid along with the fee voucher.
- 9.1All terms and conditions are subject to amendment by the school management, whose decision is final in all matters of admission and the school.
- 10.1No certificate is to be submitted with any form unless specified.
- 10.2This form is only for registration for admission.
- 10.3Attach the report card of the last exam passed for admission to Class I and above.
- 11.1Only the Registration form is submitted at registration. The Admission form and other forms are needed only after admission is granted.
- 11.2Please keep photocopies of all forms for your records.
